Hello Everyone,
This past weekend, 12/18 after the 9am and 11:30am masses, Santa came to visit the kids and give out candy canes. And judging from the number of kids gathering around him, it was a great success. A big thanks goes out to Brother Leo Rossetti for providing the Santa costume and being Santa for the 9am mass, to Brother Joseph Palandro for being Santa for the 11:30am mass, and to Jay Werling for being Santas Helper and providing the candy canes.

Vatican Secretary of State Thanks Knights of Columbus for Work in Rome
From the KofC.org website: Speaking at a concert celebrating the groundbreaking for the new "Largo Cavalieri di Colombo" in Rome, Cardinal Tarcisio Bertone thanked the Knights of Columbus for the more than 90 years of service the organization has given to the City of Rome and the Vatican. Supreme Knight Carl Anderson and Rome’s Mayor Giovanni Alemanno were among the attendees, and both also delivered remarks on the Knights’ long-standing relationship with Rome. Hello Brothers. I just received a shipment of the above bumper stickers and will have them available at all of the masses this weekend. They will be going for $3.00 each OR 4 for $10. The dimensions are 11" x 3".
ALSO, I have Keep Christ In Christmas Car Magnets available at $4.00 each OR 3 for $10.
They will be available at the TV raffle ticket table. Also, they will be available at the officer's meeting 12/13.

As a result of a Council vote during the October Special Council Meeting, the meeting nights for the Council have changed. The Officer's Meeting will be the 2nd Tuesday of the month and the General Business Meeting will be the 4th Tuesday of the month at the Faith Formation Center. Please reference the Calendar for the times.
As many of you are aware, our Council is having a raffle for a new Sony 46" Television. Two raffle books were mailed to each member in the Council. If you have not returned your books, please either mail them back in the envelope that was provided, or bring them to one of the weekend masses. You do not have to return them with money, but each ticket needs to be accounted for, per state gaming regs. Thank you for your cooperation. Order News
